Taking part in Gloria’s courses has opened up a new way of being in the world which I never knew was possible. I have this evolving understanding that when I am able to first hold myself with compassion and understanding, then I can do this for my children and others. I feel such a sense of hope and inspiration witnessing new possibilities of being in the world through Gloria’s courses and find myself beginning to weave them into my own life in the most unexpected and delightful ways and in an effortless way.

For me, the process is very simple and yet so profound. It has allowed me to experience and heal my pain and trauma without words. During the exercises, I find myself in a timeless place, a place of healing, self-acceptance and compassion. I am able to acknowledge my pain and despair and “let it go”. At the close of each group session, I feel such a deep peace and more space in my being.
I notice the fruit, as well, in my relationship with my children and with others in my personal and my work life. I have less startle response, more ability to experience difficult emotions and more calm in my being.

I deeply appreciate my experience with this course. Gloria holds the circles with such warmth and welcome, I would often feel an immediate sense of relaxation and deepening in hearing her voice. I felt the participants were treated with great respect and care, and this created a very safe and warm environment.
My own seed of warmth has been nourished by my experience, and I feel the positive reflection of that in my parenting very directly.
