How I Work
I’m Gloria Lybecker, founder of Healing You Sanctuary. As an equine-guided Resonance Coach and Constellations Facilitator, I bring together relational neuroscience, somatic awareness, resonant language, and the wisdom of horses. My work begins with curiosity about the experiences that shaped you and the patterns that helped you find safety or belonging.
We slow down enough to notice what is happening now—in your body, your relationships, and the choices before you. There is room for your needs, your own pace, and the knowing that may be ready to emerge.
Whether we meet in a live online course, a small circle, an individual session, or with the horses at the Sanctuary, I offer a supportive space for honest reflection and practice. Together, we explore what helps you stay connected to yourself while relating to others.

Conscious Choices: A 7-Week Journey into Inner Authorship is a live online course for women who want to understand the patterns shaping their choices and reconnect with their inner knowing. Across seven weeks, we’ll explore old stories and protective responses, and practice choosing with greater awareness.
Through guided reflection, conversation, and practices you can bring into daily life, you’ll have space to meet yourself with compassion and take one honest next step at a time. The course portal opens January 18, 2027, and live gatherings begin January 25. Enrollment opens December 2, 2026.
The Inner Alchemist

The Inner Alchemist is a transformative 7-week experience for women ready to step beyond mindset shifts and into full-body, soul-deep alchemy. It’s about transmuting what holds you back, gently and powerfully, from the inside out.
Through weekly live sessions, somatic rituals, Enneagram insights, journaling, and frequency-based healing, you’ll move from unconscious loops into conscious creation. This is a journey through Awareness, Transmutation, and Integration, designed to help you shed ego patterns, reconnect with your deepest truth, and anchor new ways of being in your nervous system and life.

The “Awakening Consciousness” journey is a sacred online experience created to guide women back to their inner radiance, creative essence, and embodied wisdom. Over 7 gentle yet transformative weeks, you’ll rediscover the brilliance that’s always been within you, beyond roles, expectations, and old survival habits.
Through deep mentoring, guided practices, and community connection, you’ll shift from understanding your healing to fully embodying it, moment by moment.
You’ll be nurtured in a circle of kindred women, supported by weekly live sessions with Gloria, visioning practices, reflective workbooks, and a private 1:1 session to help you move toward your truest expression with clarity and love.
Mastering Choices

Mastering Choices is a 12-week live coaching journey for women who already recognize their patterns and are ready to practice living from what they know is true. We bring awareness into real relationships, visibility, work, and everyday choices—learning to notice an old response as it begins and choose a next step grounded in embodied self-trust.
Through weekly teaching and coaching, guided practice, workbooks, and a supportive community, insight becomes something you can live. The current cohort meets Mondays through November 30, 2026.
Constellations with Horses

Constellation with Horses is a 2½-day healing retreat for women who are no longer seeking to be “fixed,” but long to be felt, held, and reconnected with their truest selves.
Held at the peaceful Healing You Sanctuary near Spokane, WA, this intimate retreat offers space for your nervous system to finally exhale. In the presence of attuned horses and just six women, you’ll explore silent paddock time, systemic constellation work, and grounding practices to uncover unconscious patterns and restore inner safety.
Whether you’re navigating grief, chronic over-responsibility, or a desire to reconnect with your intuitive rhythm, this retreat meets you where you are. You’ll leave feeling whole, witnessed, and realigned. Custom retreats are also available.
