Come Home to Yourself Spiritual Women’s Circle

A space to remember what is already true in you — and to practice belonging without disappearing.

There is something powerful that happens when women gather in a space where they do not have to perform, prove, explain, or hold everything together.

This intimate six-week Spiritual Women’s Circle is an invitation to come home to yourself in the company of other women who are also listening more deeply for what is true.

Over six weeks, we will explore the patterns, roles, beliefs, and relational habits that can quietly shape the way we move through life. Through guided meditation, reflective journaling, embodied awareness, and intimate circle conversation, you will be invited to reconnect with your own voice, needs, boundaries, inner knowing, and sense of belonging.

Together, we will gently explore questions such as:

  • Where have I learned to abandon myself in order to stay connected?
  • What roles have I carried in order to feel safe, needed, or accepted?
  • What patterns am I beginning to recognize that I could not see before?
  • What is mine to carry, and what am I ready to lay down?
  • What do my needs, boundaries, and inner signals have to teach me?
  • What becomes possible when I no longer have to disappear in order to belong?

This circle is not about fixing yourself.

It is about developing a more honest, compassionate, and connected relationship with yourself.

It is about noticing what your body has been telling you.

It is about recognizing that your needs matter.

It is about discovering that another person’s experience does not have to erase your own.

And it is about experiencing the quiet strength that can emerge when women witness one another with care.

A Woman’s Experience of the Circle

“I joined the women’s circle because the description resonated with me in this season of my life. I had the mindset that I needed to be fixed, as if I was broken. What I truly needed was healing.

In the small, intimate healing circle of beautiful, like-minded women, the healing has begun. My thoughts are softening toward myself—less critical—as I find my voice and love.”

—  Barb, Spiritual Women’s Circle participant

  • Space to notice the patterns that have quietly shaped your relationships
  • Practice listening to your own body, needs, and inner knowing
  • A small, intimate circle — six women, not a crowd — to be witnessed in
  • Guided meditation, journaling, and reflection each week, held by a clear arc
  • Space to explore a question many women quietly carry: is there room for me, too?

A Voice From the Circle

“The most impactful thing for me was being met right where I was. A pattern of feeling replaced, left out, unimportant, pushed aside, or like I didn’t matter came up several times during the group. Through this circle, I am beginning to learn that I can still exist and still matter when someone I am securely attached to turns their attention toward someone else.

Through being held and supported when this part of me surfaced, I noticed a real shift. I felt a true sense of belonging in the group and more at ease sharing honestly and speaking from my heart. Being part of this circle has been absolutely amazing, authentic, and healing.” — Ruth Crea, Spiritual Women’s Circle participant

There is room for her, and there is room for me.

That is the kind of belonging we will continue to cultivate together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need experience with circles, meditation, or spiritual practice to join? No. You’re invited to arrive exactly as you are. No prior experience is expected.

Is this therapy? No. This circle is not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health care. It’s a relational, reflective space — grounded, guided, and intentional, but not clinical treatment. If you’re currently working with a therapist or other provider, this circle can sit alongside that work; it isn’t meant to replace it.

What if I can’t make every session? Because the circle is intimate and builds week to week, we ask that you commit to attending as many sessions as possible. If you know in advance you’ll miss a week, reach out to Gloria before registering so you can talk through what will work.

What should I bring? Just yourself, a journal if you’d like one, and whatever you’re carrying that week. Details on the space itself will be shared after registration.

Why only six women? Because this circle is designed to support intimacy, spaciousness, and meaningful participation.
