The Knowing Within is a gentle, experiential gathering designed to help you move beneath that noise and return to a more connected relationship with yourself.
Through original music, guided visualization, and reflective exploration, Gloria Lybecker will invite you to listen to what your body, voice, truth, and needs are already communicating. You won’t be asked to force an answer or arrive with everything figured out. You’ll be offered a spacious, supportive experience in which one honest truth or life-giving choice can begin to emerge.
During this 75-minute online experience, you will be invited to:
- Quiet the voices of expectation and external pressure
- Notice what feels quietly alive within you
- Recognize an old story or protective pattern that may be obscuring your Knowing
- Listen to how your body communicates yes, no, and not yet
- Identify one truth or life-giving choice that is ready to be honored
- Experience original music as a pathway into deeper reflection and self-connection

You do not need any previous experience with meditation, guided imagery, or reflective practices. Simply come as you are, with a journal or something to write with and a willingness to listen.
